AE86 Idle speed

After a 5 minute drive to the GO station this morning I noticed that my idle speed started going up and down between 900 and 1200 rpm.

Anybody know what the problem is?

Yes.The second one did.

My coolant level was low. I decided to drain the cooling system
completely and put in fresh coolant (50/50 ratio).
