lights from ebay

specially tail lights from ebay, i've got them for almost 1 year now and water gets inside them and fogs up and everything, damn that sucks,......is anyone else having this problem? i've tried sealing it with the silicone sealants but it still fogs up when i wash my car or when it rains, i've stopped the right tail light now, but the left one still gets water inside and fog up, is anyone else having this problem?

Besides the usual perimeter seal where front and back pieces meet, they may be additional holes on the back piece where clips may protrude from the plastic pieces mounted inside the light. If you have those clips, they need to be sealed with silicone caulk also.
