Canada break part? how important is this ?

hey i was changeing my break pads on the passenger side of my 95 corolla and i lost the anti squeel pins i think thats what they are called any ways do i absolutly need this part?

any help would be awsome thanks

The clips keeps the brakes and the rotors from touching when your not braking.Just go to your local parts store like pepboys or autozone.etc..

yea the only thing on the breaks that if it falls off you really don't have to worry would be the thin metal pieces on the back of the pads that are suposed to help with noise reduction. I only know they aren't important because not all pads come with them

Yeah not all pads come with them,cause other brakes comes with a different clip.

I didn't mean the clip I meant the thin piece of metal that is glued to the back of some pads after the thick piece of steel the pad is part of. Those get loose after a few times of using the brakes hard
