So im looking at carbed 88 corolla sr5.I have a few basic questions for anyone with some rolla knowledge.

-Is the same engine/stroke-bore-hp that i have in my 90 Corolla?
-What is the most common (upgraded) engine swap for this chassis/model?
-Does the "SR5" mean that the car has somthing special that a normal corolla doesnt?

alright, sr5 means it;s the economy version of the coupe, other version is gts. The sr5 shares the same engine and suspension with the sedan.
errr the sr5 doesn't have a 5afe... because it's an 88 it would be the 4af. has 91 hp and 95 ft lbs of torque.
common engines to swap inclued the 4age 16v, big port, small port. Also the 4age 20v silvertop and blacktop.
