The kit i got was made by Kaizan, and yes it was plug and play, i payed 350.00 for the kit.

Ill post pics of the install yes.

What exactly is involved in a HID kit?? All it looks like to an uneducated person (like myself) is that you put blue bulbs in it. You coulda got them for 35 bucks!

Yup much more than just a "bulb" high quality stuff here. Like he said its the bulb, the ballasts and the wires. But its all plug and play.

Two sets of wires come out the ballasts, both of them have plugs at the end of them, you just plug them directly into your existing plug for your headlamp. With mine, the ground wires were backwards, had to switch them, that was the only thing i had to do.

SR5_4WD.. for $35 you're getting plasma or hyper white bulbs.. not HID bulbs.

You can get HID kits in Canada for about $350-450 CDN.
