Belt Tensioner...

Does anyone know of a good way to fin/buy a new belt tensioner for an '04 Corolla? No junkyard stuff. The part number is 16620-22012. The original tensioner was 22010, then 22011 (which is the part that was replaced on my car by the dealer, and is currently on the car). There has been a 3rd (at least) change to this part, and I want the latest part.

The dealer wants $163.08 + tax. Where I live that comes out to $179.39. Basically $180 . The part isn't worth half that, but with stealer mark-up, well you know where I'm going. I'm just trying to find it as cheaply as possible. Thanks for the help.

Hi Amber..I'm sure you have an Autozone or Parts America in your neck of the woods...I found this tensioner for you, its $49.99...Parts America wants $102.00.. just go to this site and put in your model/year car and click on shopping then routine maintenance and belt tensioner, ...I'm sure most every auto parts store sells similar all you have to do is call them or go in...good luck...enjoy...

The 22012 is the current number. Toyota just superceded it
