I'm looking for a short throw shifter for a 2006 Corolla CE. Most sites seem to have them for earlier model years, but not for an '06. Will one from an earlier model work? Thanks.

from 03 and on its the same car.. it should work.

Wonderful, thanks. That's my one gripe about this car. It's my little sister's car, and it irritates me so much I have to change it immediately. Other than that, I'm really impressed with this little car.

good to hear u like the car a lot. I moved into my rolla LE 4 speed auto from a neon and its more then 100% better. Its nice to have power stuff lol
