No, lights and accessories are run from the cars wiring harness. With ms, you'll have a separate engine wiring harness for the MS box.

just unplug the entire engine harness..... disconnect the 'molex' as well.. but don't cut that up.... you can then start hacking the stock harness up so that it's easy to wire into MS and you don't end up with more than you need for MS

this is a bit brief and was written at 3am... but:

well MS doesnt know too well how to read the stock sensors. I added bosch sensors to my engine, not too hard to do.

only problems are the clt and ait sensors.... swap out the resistors for 2.2k ohm ones and you'll be fine

and the tps, its reverse on the GE and the fE one is the switcheable, so that wont work at all.
My tps is from a volvo V70/S70, and i opted to change the coolant and intake airtemp sensors to bosch sensors as my box has the tables for them. Installation of them was dead easy, I drilled and tapped the coolant temp sensor into the head just under the distributor. Then I put the IAT sensor into the charge pipe just before the tb. Plus as they're standard bosch sensors, finding connectors for them was dead easy.

yeah, tps on a 4afe wouldn't work as it's not a potentiometer..... a 4age/4agze one works fine, trust me

if it's reversed then all you need to do is switch 2 wires

Yeah, but a GE Tps wont fit the TB of a 4A-FE, the GE one is with the toyotas weird claw and the FE one is with the 8mm D axle. Volvo S70 TPS fit just fine with little modification.
