Somone do a Carfax vehicle history report for me?

Eh,

We are looking at a Corolla that seems to be an awefull good deal. I was wondering if someone could look up the vehicle history if you have a monthly deal with them of whatever?

I have heard of odometer rollback horror stories that make me very suspicious. The current owner bought it from a used car lot.

Being a US company, I don't really trust Carfax for canadian reports, the best you can do is go to your provincial MT Office and buy a used car package or whatever its called in your office. I believe they're about $20 and it tells you the car's history from first owner to last, and how many km's were on the car everytime the plates were renewed.

Um carfax is doing a promo right now a single vehicle report is $1.50 US

ask for the ownership of the car, than look at the title...shoud say Fit at top, if it says Rebuild, that means the car was salvaged. For mileage, as someone stated above, the best bet is for you to spend that 20 bucks and get the report from MTO

I wouldn't waste my time bringing a vehicle across the border UNLESS it was a rare or very nice vehicle. Customs will rape you with taxes and stuff, on top of that you still have to legalize it and license it in Canada.
