Crank Pulley Wobble

I have a '94 Toyota Corolla 1.8L 7A-FE. I just replaced the timing belt, water pump, acc. belts, plugs, etc. The water pump bearing on the pulley end had gone bad and their was a serious whirring noise along with squealing belts. So I finished the job tonight and I noticed the crank pulley was wobbling at idle. The wobble seems to disappear when your raise the RPM's but I could be wrong. The car has about 200K on it and if the wobble won't adversely affect anything I will leave it alone but if it is going to cause issues then I need to fix it. Maybe it was partially the cause of the bearing going bad on the water pump. Any help would be appreciated.

Its definately gonna cause issues. IF the pulley wobbles, you havent tighten the bolt to the specific torque. The timing belt pulley can move, the crankshaft is out of balance and can kill the bearings. Fix it asap.

So it needs to be tighter or less tight? I just used an impact gun on it.

How is the pulley wobbling? Like it is moving in and out along the shaft? Or like it is bent or off center? The pulley is partly hard rubber. If the pulley looks bent, this rubber is probably deteriorated. Then you need a new pulley. New ones are expensive. So you might want to look in a junk yard or on ebay.
