Door locked?

hi guys my passenger door is locked and i cant open it by key or pulling up the knob?
what the.......any ideals
I dont think the trim will come off with the door shut....
ps i dont mind drilling a hole if i have to! just need to know where?
The car has been on stands for a while ...could this be the prob?
all the other doors work fine....
i also have a hole in the front of my trim for speakers...can i get to the prob from ther..
the door pic is on my web space under ae95 pics....the dash has a wood stock sticker!

maybe the lock is worn out completely?
