Inside Door Panels Squeak

When stopping, accelating and turning the door panels on the inside of car squeak.
Seems to happen when the weather is above 78 degrees.
Any ideas on how to fix problem?

Did'nt think plastic could squeak?
pull off the panels and run a ring spanner over all bolts in the doors and check all the plastic srews/clips are in good nick.
also give the door lock mech a grease and also grease the hook thing(thats the new tech term lol)
the door locks onto!....check for any bent or dry rubber on the top of the door trim that guides the window ...glass will squick so make sure its not rubbing
hope this helps.....good luck mate
