Toyota Handheld Tester???

Any one know if its possible to obtain one of these??? The service manual references it a lot... And from what I see in the service manual it does wonders over a standard OBDII reader...

Part # TOY220036 DIAGNOSTIC TOOL SET / SCAN TOOL SET

Basically its Toyota's own version of the OBDII scanner that also can program the ECU and to test specific items...

I found a site that lists the "Special Service Tools" mentioned in the service and repair manuals... http://toyota.spx.com/

It does not list prices however from other posts I have seen on the internet this thing runs 3K to 4K

Ohh welll can any one recommend a good OBDII scann or PC interface...
