AE92 rear discs on AE102?

To make a long story short, my rear brakes are shot and need to be replaced this week, Dr. Tweak isn't currently offering the rear conversion kit, and the AE92 rears won't bolt up to the AE102 and he said he wasn't sure what needed to be changed.

Anybody? What needs altered? I can get the parts, do a bit of machining, and do the conversion for less than it would cost to get new drums and shoes. Please help!
