FUK FUK FUK!!! I noticed last nite.. my rear bumper came off on the driver side because the rust went thru where the clip goes WTF!! I'm so pissed right now grrrrr... yet sad at the same time. hehehe... Damn winter!! damn salt!! damn you!!!!

Fix the rust and make a new hole for the bolt to go through. Best way to fix it imho.

His was repainted already.. I know what my car needs.. it was still original paint.

duct tape, super glue, rubber cement or just remove the whole bumper all together

Duct tape it for now (If it can't be fixed by Duct tape, then it's not worth keeping) Because in irder to fix it properly, you need to fix your whole fender, you can do that by either cutting all the rust off and welding a new fresh piece, or buying a new quarter panel like I'm doing!

But either choice should be done by a body shop. So fix it temporarely for now
