3TC performance

Howdy all, I'm new here... I know, I should probably use the search feature, but I don't like resurrecting old topics.

So, what's the best way to squeeze power out of the 3TC in my 82 wagon? Apparently they take a lickin' and keep on tickin', so I heard?

Read this website then ask him for some tips. He made the baddest 2tc and 3tc's on the planet when he was road racing.
No bull.

I know the stuff there is dedicated to EFI stuff but read this.

www.sdsefi.com go to the bottom and click on tech page/faq

Then use the email addy there and ask for 'Ross'

Good luck

OK, that Ross character didn't really give me much help... This is what he emailed me:

____________________
Hi,

We concentrated mainly on 2TC engines for road racing. Fitted Mahle VW
pistons, Ford/Nissan valves, Ford BB rod bolts, ported heads, customs cams,
Norris springs and a proper turbo system. Making about 350hp at 15psi out of
1742cc versions. That's about all I can tell you.

Cheers,

Ross

Could anyone provide some vendors who sell stuff for this engine? I'm a little confused as to where I can buy all this stuff (pistons, springs, trubo components, cams, etc).
