i hv a question abt 1995 corolla 1.6L i need to put a starter in but should i take out the hold intake manifold i tried it from bottom but i can'nt any other waysssss

You need to pick up a 2' Extension bar and get to it from the Passenger side (In The US, Drivers side here) from the top.

It also helps if you have a bit of tube that slots over the ratchet handle to get some more leverage.

Taking the manifold off means you have to screw around with vacum hoses, tourque settings on the manifold and plunem and have to worry about getting new gaskets for everything...
