ae101 passenger side flooded

I just came back from a road trip, about 7 hrs drive each way... since its pretty hot, and its highway, I turn the AC on...

however, when I do a left turn, water just starts pouring out on the passenger side. I checked it out, its from this air box right where the passenger's feet is. There is a hole there, but its not an "unintensional" hole...

Any ideas? if you need pictures, I can go get them.

You're the second person with AC on their AE102 sedans that complained about water problems after using their AC for a long period of time. Someone else complained about water actually pouring on his radio/cd player, maybe its a common problem on cars with AC.
