hmm well I have only tried my fuzions ZRI's and I love them, alot of people recommended them including the place I bought the rims and tires from since it's one of the lower priced tires they carried but you didn't lose in quality...
They are a rotational tyre and i havent yet been able to fault them or get them to come unstuck. great tread, ultra-quiet for a 'performance tyre',and great handling in wet/dry conditions.
The only minor issue is they arent great on gravel. But then - they werent made for gravel were they...

When I was considering buying 14s for the OEM rims, I looked at the Dunlop SP Sport A2s, they seem to get great reviews for all around peformance.
For 15s, for the price I paid for the Kumho 711s I found that their performance was also great, wet or dry.. they outperform the Michelins XGT-Vs that I have on right now, wet or dry! the only reason I got the XGT-Vs on is because they're bigger than the Kumhos (the XGT-Vs are 195/55-15s) so they give me a cushier ride on the road bumps.
that was the nice thing about the fuzions, nicer ride then the stock p175/70's
I am hard on the tires try to see how much I can heat them everytime I go out Hit bumps and holes pretty hard and didn't dent the rim. Pretty hard tire I like them alot.
ok kool kool so far. hri's or zri's. my wifes car has hri's. i love the yoko's es 100 but i destroy them so fast. i was looking at falken 615's but needed reviews first you know. more tire reviews. dont just read it and not reply! and yes oem size.
I don't mean to sound stupid (I am) or get off topic (I am) but when you refer to tires, are you talking about the thin sports car tires that people run on aftermarket wheels or the fat tires that I am running on the stock 13's on my Corolla? Just wondering....
well dirt
whos to say i couldnt run a "fat tire" on my 14's that are performance? because thats what im talking about. a/m rims are to heavy i.m.o. so i keep my stocks for now and have a kick ass tire. then maybe go to 15-16's max! with the same tire if i like it or a diffrent one.
I have 16's on my ae92 with 205/45's on it. I actually think the tire is to wide. can be a pain to turn sharp sometimes like the car wants to push the tire rather than follow the direction it's pointed in

The reason why I ask is because when someone says performance tire, I automatically think the skinny shoes you see on all the cars in the magazines and stuff. I'm still running the stock 13" wheels with normal, everyday tires and I like to read the tire threads but I didn't know if they are talking about the skinny tires for a/m wheels or normal-sized tires you see on all the grocery-getters.
Know what I mean?
freak-i like the fact that there everywhere but not the tread patt.
spud-cant find them lol im lookin at discount tires website and cant find them lil help...?
