Ae92 Zenki Bumper install Help!

hey guys for those lucky guys who have the ae92 bumpers could u help me out?

i just got a hold of front bumpers and the brackets are giving me a headache.
im almost have destroyed them cause i cant figure out how to get them on correctly.
there not direct bolt on and id hate to quit on it.

Are you talking about the JDM bumpers (no crash support) going onto a USDM car (crash support)?

You mean the Re-bar (reinforcement bar), you have to take off the rebar for them to fit first of all, and second I believe you cannot reuse the US-spec bumper brackets, you need the Zenki brackets.

Ok, I've done this once

The JDM mounts that slide into the frame are longer than the USDM ones, but don't worry! Break out the trusty sawzall and cut out the square piece that is welded in the channel where they slide in. The holes will line up fine.
