people have made civics awd so I doubt a rwd corolla is all that far fetched. And I thought the awd sedan was an ae92.
The ae95 looks NOTHING like the ae92 wagon. different front end, different rear windows and so on.

Well.. I would know, I've seen few bodies, because I had few ideas, enough of them though. AE95 was the vin they had.

Yea I've seen ae95's that are fwd, but seen more that are 4wd, IMO not worth the effort, just buy a rwd car.
Also out of interest there is a 4wd 101 corolla, but it was diesel only making it a CE101 or CE105.

They are... and if they're not, well...cops wont like you very much, because first thing they'll wanna check is to see if the car is stolen/was stolen at some point.

Yah that makes sense. All SR5/GTS/4dr non AWD cars will say AE92. As for the VIN not matching, check again, and see what number is on your title too.
