Fuel Filter? (2003 Corolla)

Coming up on the interval to change out the fuel filter, can anyone save me some time and tell me whereabouts it is?

Thanks!

The fuel filter on the 2003 Corolla is integral with the fuel pump module in the fuel tank; there is no routine maintenance interval for fuel filter replacement on these models.

You shouldn't need to worry about it if it drives fine.

I was under the impression that there was an inline filter as well somewhere in the system. Plus, the dealership had told me that the replacement interval is every 96000km. But, can't do much if the thing is in the tank I guess

I've never heard mention of an inline fuel filter. It's in the fuel tank as tech8 said. Been that way since the 1998 model year when they went to the 1ZZ engine. Prior to that it was on the firewall near the steering column. The fuel filter does not require any maintenance.
