bumper coating, what is it?

I've been searching to no end and cannot find an answer. I need to find out what the super flatblack coating on the bumpers of the early 90's corollas is, the autoparts stores coating doesnt match at all. I'd just like to touch-up a faded bumper before we sell the car. thanks for the help ahead of time, I appreciate it.

its not painted at all its just the color of the bumper at least i think it is it was extra to paint the bumpers which came on the gts's

paint them both black, that way they'll match.

dont forget to put plastic primer on the bumper first, otherwise it'll chip in a year.

no, they're the yellowish polyeurathane and were coated with the black
