metal head gasket for a 4afe

Curious as to if the head gasket is the same between the 4afe and the 4age. i want to replace my head gasket with a metal head gasket as i have a turbo setup i want to install, and cant seem to find a metal gasket for a 4afe

7A-FE gasket is metal. use that. But why do you need a metal gasket?

Sweet, ill go with that. As for the reason why, ive heard that the stock 4afe gasket will fail under boost, better to be safe than sorry
