AE92 A muffler question ??
does the inlet pipe have to match my pipe on my car for it to be installed ??? because the muffler that i am buying for my car ha a 2 1/2 inlet pipe please let me know how intaling a universal mufflers...

If you're taking it to a muffler shop, don't worry they will match the pipes. Unless you have a 1" pipe on the back then they might wanna charge you extra for increasing your pipe size to match the 2.5inch pipe on the muffler.

Why would you buy that size anyways?? I'm assuming you bought it online, you should've just gone to a muffler shop and they would give you the best matching muffler rather than buying one too big online.
