Sorry, I was being sarcastic.
I know they said 3k miles.
It is low miles but how do you know it's really 3k miles.
That price is the same as a low mile (~50k) 3sgte engine.
I have seen 40k miles 7afe went for ~600 on eBay,
There is one on eBay right now, less than 70k miles for $550.
Does the extra $600 worth it?

no its not worth it i jsut want a low mileage engine to put in my car and i want to rebuild the engine i got in there already, a swap is to painfull unless its liek a straight-swap and i got an auto so i dont wanna convert it since thats to much money

You could probably pick up a high-mileage junkyard 7A AND get it rebuilt for that kind of money. Or just get your existing engine rebuilt for less than the price of the new one and the swap...$1,200 would buy you a rebuild and probably even some hotter cams, I'd think.
