I think that is way too big for an AE92. I cant stomach anything bigger then 16's, and I will be running 15's on my car.

i don't think it will fit because i had a set of 17s with 215/45/17 and it rubbed on my integra 94....i am looking for rims for my ae 92 and what i want is 15 , or if i get 16 for a good price..

with my 16x7 rims with a 42 mm offset and a 205/45 tire on it JUST fits. ANy bigger and it would rub the rear suspension. so there is no way with that tire that those will fit your car

Enkei rims are nice, but I got a good deal out of the 17's. I'mma resell them and get some different ones. I put one up next to my car and they are way to big. But I can double my money on these more than likely.

why dont you just stick with that OEM rims you got, those are called Levin Rims in Japan.. drop the car and change the tire size.. I did it to my AE92.. check it out below..

No offense but i really don't care for the rims to much... I also do alot of interstate travel so I like my smooth ride. Oneday when I get another daily I might drop it and do some other stuff but right now just want it to look good.

umm they aren't just for the levin...

BUt yea you can get 17's on the car but you will have almost no tire. I wouldn't go less than the sidewall I have now. It's saved me on a few pot holes i DIDN'T SEE ....

they have to have a pretty decent offest too. And with mine the rim doesn't rub but the rim protector on the tire did.

What offset would you suggest for a set of 15x8s??? and what tire size??? I'm assuming spacers "might" be needed.

BTW you can install 17s on an AE92 but you need to have:

A. The right offset of wheels (38-40mm 42mm max depending on wheel width)
B. The right tire size (205/40-17 max, 205/45-17s might fit but you might rub when you hit road bumps)

You may also need spacers, in which case depending on how thick the spacers are, you might need longer wheel studs from Toyota.

17s are overkill dude, you will feel everything on the road and your ride comfort will be non-existant. 16s should be the max on an AE92 (205/40-16 or 205/45-16).

like I said, 205/45-16 on my car and it's so close to the plate fot the spring in the rear that it clears the dirt off that area... and even with a 42 offset on mine it still rubbed the rim protector off on the inside of the rears..

^ +42 offset is too high for ur application, since ur getting rubbing...maybe try a spacer to bring the offset into the 30's, that should alleviate ur rubbing issues...or maybe try a 195 width tire for that hippari look

kron1k, those are Rota Slipstreams which are copies of MUGEN rims.. hence the reason why they're always on Hondas.. MUGEN = HONDA TUNER.. Leave the Honda stuff for the Honda dudes.
