02 Corolla won't start....what to do?

I'm in desperate need of help here, my 02 Corolla spins over fine but won't fire up. It's firing on all four spark plugs, spraying fuel out of all four injectors, and hasn't jumped timing. Compression is 185 on all 4 cylinders. I tried a different ecm from the junk yard, along with various sensors (cam position, crank position, even the vvti actuator) but it still won't crank. If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

What error code does it have ??
If it has compression, spark and fuel....it should run.

was the cap and rotor replaced??
