It figures I just found this forum. I have a 2004 Corolla S and love it, but my truck is on its last legs so I'm trading the Corolla for a new Taco. Wish I found this forum sooner. The upside is, I found the Taco forums before I even picked up my new truck!

man your gonna love the tacoma, I have a 04 SR5 V6 4X4 and I LOOOOOOOOVE it, just prefer to drive my 05 rolla S for the gas milage.....

I was thinking about one before i got the rolla LE and yes they are very nice but the gas milage isnt that great (which is my only complaint) but yes a rock solid, extremely reliable, extremely safe truck. enjoy it..

Yea gas milage sucks, on average I get about 18 to 20 mpg, and that just doesnt cut it with gas over 3 bucks, I love how it performs with a trailer attached to it, when I was towing my 05 rolla S to the dealership, the combined weight was like 4900lbs with the max at 5000 for this truck, and the tacoma still pinned me to the back of the seat when I was time to accelerate.... man toyota for life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

^^ sweet. but is the truck auto or manual? How much HP? The only cars ill ever look at now is toyota, subaru, honda, bmw. The only american made i would take is a dodge ram and a charger. But there will always be a toyota in my driveway no matter what.
