What can you do to the block? Or to anything?

Is your question about what you can do to the new block to increase the power of the rebuild? Or is it about what you can do to the rest of the engine?

If you are in the good old USA your car came with a 4AFE or 7AFE. If you bought a 4AGE block, you should probably also get the head for that block. That would definetly boost your output. But you'll also need to countless other things to complete the swap.

anything and everything

I want to do anything and everything to the engine and the same to the components of the engine to give it as much power as possible. Basically the engine in it's entirety.

You might do a web search for sites like the one below. There is a lot of info out there on the 4age engine.
