my two front door handles are losing their fake silver covering so I was thinking of replacing them.. at the bare minimum i may just move the 2 back door handles to the front sinc ethey are okay.. but does anyone know where i can buy replacement INTERIOR door handles?

Dealership dude.. most likely the only place. Another choice would be taking them out and taking them to a chrome plating place, the only problem is that there are not many Plastic chrome platers out there. You can probably go to an Auto parts store and pick up some of that spray can chrome though, but it might not look as good.
