HID lights and DRL

How do i disable the DRL lights so my HID kit does not flash when on DRL.

Where exactly is the DRL modulator located on the 03 corolla and i can someone explain which wire i need to cut and ground, thanks.

i cut the yellow wire and grounded it, still not working, DRLs are still on which strobe my HID kit
