depends on how well you know fuel injection....
usually you can hear the FP turn on...... if you still want to check, crack one of the fuel lines on the rail to see (after the key has been turned OFF) if pressure has built up. If it has, then i would assume there's a problem with the injectors, ecu, etc....
if you aren't getting spark either, then i would think either ecu or distributor..... the fuel injectors are also fired based off of the signals from the distributor (from the dizzy the ecu knows where the pistons are and when to fire the injectors)
