AE92 deatailing crap!!!

ok so this is just a flameing pissed off rant! i work at autozone as a few people know here. so a guy i work with always tells me bring your car to my shop ill make it look perfect. and after 3 weeks of him telling me that. i took it!!!! i pick it up and the car dosent run right in 3gear going to 4th it sputters and the speed drops!!!. im pissed plus he didnt even detail the car. he buffed the hood and fenders so half of my car is buffed. i dont care about that but wtf did he change! it dosent run right. before it wasnt the best looking but it was runing perfect. the learing ecm. so im pissed. any thing happen like this to anyone else.

If he cleaned your engine, look for loose vacuum hoses and electrical connectors. Everytime I change my alternator I find that my AC doesn't work. It's easy to disconnect things accidentally. In the case of the alternator, I tend to disconnect the connection to the AC compressor clutch.

he got my cap and rotor wet. so thats what it is. after thinking about it thats what it is and people say just to leave it and let it dry but i need to drive my baby. it kills me not to!.so yea wet ignition. great job on the buffing and engine. but just wet ign system.

umm I would have said not to wash the engine. Usually results in problems

well he works at a dealer so i would thik they know not to get thos kinda things wet. i think he just used whatever and then hosed it. it looks great. it just needs to dry.

an idiot is still an idiot no matter where they work. The shit toyota did to me was so dumb. adjust 3 of the wheels but charge for a 4...
