Cool 93 Corolla Wagon DX

I was born with the Toyota bug. Everyone in my family has a toyota. (Yikes) Except we have one truck, fairly new f350 xlt Ford and it is a terrible truck, power windows already went out etc.

Anyways, I've been browsing on here ever since I purchased mine a few weeks ago. There has been no real problems yet. Just some squealing brakes.

There are 120k miles on it. No power windows, no power locks, 5 spd, cruise control, 1.8L, roof racks , demolished stock speakers from a new head unit the other person put in, one broken corner light, alot of work done on it, well maintained..........no A/C

2400$

Seemed like a good purchase considering the reliability and gas mileage. I guess time will tell. I need some A/C pretty bad though, anyone know the best way about putting one in. My brother who is a mechanic, works in a ford shop, says he won't do it for me becuase there is too much to it. Until then I'll probably tint the windows and throw some new headlights in and of course replace the speakers. (doing it tomarrow in fact)

Anyways, I thought I should say Hi sometime and then when I actually come up with a question I can be that one guy who has a 93 wagon dx 5 spd.

I'm from Burns, OR, USA by the way.

Oh last thing, Avg gas mileage so far-37mpg.

I just purchased a 94 DX sedan for my daughter's first car. I am a big fan of Toyota and Honda cars, as they are very reliable and long lasting.

From my experience retrofitting factory AC to a car that never had it is a real PITA...
