im baack

just wondering. anyone ever install grounding wires? i installed them on my g35c and they made a huge difference. im thinking about throwing some on my dads (my old) corolla..

A lot of people call them a gimmick, they do work to a point though. You can make one yourself basically, and not spend hundreds on a kit.

work vs-xx to be exact in 19s!
19x9.5 front 19x10.5 rear
+23 offsets front/rear
toyo t1r tires 255/275

huge difference as in it shifts a lot smoother and its much more instantaneous in tiptronic

I'd doubt it would make that much of a difference. Its just a grounding kit, its not like the tranny controller was re-mapped.

tell that to the hundreds of people on my forum with grounding wires...

though grounding wires probably wouldnt do anything without the ecu and tcu grounding (which we all have..)

anyway, i decided not to get a grounding kit for the corolla..

im not saying the difference was night and day. and i wasnt expecting a night/day difference. all im saying is that it works for me and hundreds of others on my thread. (only that 5at guys really notice the difference)
