Where's the AC fuse located?

Charging up my 96 corolla, compressor won't kick on unless I jumper it from the battery. Also the fan in front of the condensor isn't running either. I can find all kinds of relays that just say AC1 and AC2, but I don';t know what they are for. If it is a relay, can anybody tell me how you check one out?
