fuel pump should be held on constantly with the COR..... if it's an auto then it may be shifting the trans (haven't dealt with an electronic auto and the COR).
if it's a manual... it shouldn't be clicking unless you have some sort of light that changes with the gears??? (no idea... you didn't mention car, year, trim, etc....)
