If you buy a motor that is fuel injected, the system is basically built into the motor, so if you go with a 4AGE for example, the motor is already fuel injected, all you have to do is make sure that your fuel pump and your lines will match to the motor's demand. Also if you buy the motor, make sure you get the full wiring harness, sensors and fuse box. Since you have a 4AC, you will need to upgrade those things.
So basically the way it works, when you swap a fuel injected motor, you're basically swapping the system into your car. You can't really convert your actual 4AC into a fuel injected motor.. well you probably could, but it would be cheaper to just upgrade to an already fuel injected motor in the first place.
