while im on my home from work, my charge and brake warning lights come on. my first instinct was to make sure my e-brake was all the down, which it was. then as i was pulling into my court i notice how high my temp gauge was. as soon as i turn off the car i pop the hood and take look to see wtf's going on, right away i see that my belt is off all the pulleys
thats explains why my car was running hot, my effing fan was motionless! and the alt. wasnt being ran either. so pull on the belt expecting it to be snapped but it wasnt. then i put it back on, start it and drive around for lil bit, and what do you know both lights are off and the temp is is right in the middle as usual
what i dont get is how my belt came off in the first place. have any of you guys heard of this or experience this?
