LE vs. CE differences, 98-02's

I'm looking to buy an 01 or an 02 Corolla (they're the same body style, right?), either a CE or an LE cuz I want my power windows and locks, hehe. But what are the differences between the two?

I'm pretty sure the LE has the power locks and windows. CE is the basic version out of all Corollas, which means no power features.

i like to think of it as LE=luxury edition and CE= common edition..i know thats not what they r but some CE's have power windows and locks like mine..but no power seat

There are 3 versions of the 8th gen.
VE= value edition.
CE= classic (i think...) edition
LE= luxury edition.
