It's the Kouki front end, you have the zenki. You will notice on your bumber you don't have a cut out for the larger marker lights under the headlights
yea I like the zenki on the ae86 and ae92's I didn't like the kouki's on either. As for the HUGE markerlights they may not look so bad if the headlight covers on that car were also black.
I find toyota tried to make both cars look to new on the kouki styles and then you have a bumper and lights that look more modern and the rest of the car still looks the same...
I emailed them already.. they emailed me back. Probably about $200 US with shipping with Buy it now. But then I need the Kouki parking lights and those aren't easy to find.
nah I don't care if everyone else has them. On the 86 I like the lights on the zenki bumper, looks like my jettas and I really liked my jetta so thats probably why it apeals to me, besides the kouki lights on the ae86 make the front look small and squished.
as for ont he ae92 I HATE those huge makrer lights. the narrow ones on the zenki and US models look nicer. I actually like the USDM front bumpers on our cars. I think the ae92 with a zenki bumper has to many lights without fog lights, put them on and it looks rediculous. If I had it I'd probably disconect my marker lights
I also like how on the ae92 the zenki trueno emblem is solid rather than a cut out word, the cut out looks more flimsy
most likely because the cars werent on the import list with the new front end, OR because US regulations require dot marked lights and the kouki ones were not. Just few guesses.
But I mean there must be SO many of them over there... why aren't importers taking them? I don't consider the AE92 as a dead car... but I guess when you have limited containers...
