Removing antenna

Hi,

I have a Toyota Corolla CE 2006 model. I would like to know how to remove the radio antenna. I have to ship the car and don't want to damage the antenna. Any help is appreciated. Since I am shipping tomorrow please treat this as urgent.

Thanks

didn't work

Thanks for your advice. It doesn't have screws. I just checked it out. It is very flexible and has a rubber covering. the antenna is on the roof of the car. There is nothing about the antenna in the manual. Nothing in the hood of the car that would aid in removing it.

Thanks

the mount is "inside" the car under the roof trim.

^^ So in other words, you need to pull the entire car apart to get to the one component that you need to remove

and whats with all the ?

The antenna just screws out, why would you have to take the mount off it only sticks up 2 in. and is solid? If your that worried then you might as well take your side mirrors off too ...In fact the antenna is so "bendable" you wouldn't even have to take it off, but if you do its a 15 second job ...Good Luck...
Anyway looking at the date he already shipped it
