Yeah, very simple on a 94. Ass Rolla Guy put it - but an easier way to describe it would be to get at the screws in the trip piece just above the console tray under the hvac controls. Grab a small flathead screwdriver and wrap some cloth around it to pry the top of the trim off that you just took the screws out of. There is no need to take the whole trim panel off, just pry the top off.
You then take all of the black knobs off the hvac controls (The A/C Button will pull out when you pull the rest off), then the whole top piece will just pull off. May take a bit of brute force, but they are just clip strips holding it on. There are then four screws on the hvac controls to remove them and the bulbs are inside the little black covers on top. A flathead will remove the covers easily.
With the Auto, just pry the shroud off (i think) and they should be there. Again, mine is 5spd, but the Pulsars are just underneath the shroud...
