how to take out the door panel?

hi.. i am trying to take out the door panel so i can replace the door handle.. but i ran into a problem with the thing that u use to whin down the window.. i manage to take the panel off.. but that thing is still blocking it so i cant remove the panel.. so im just wondering... how do i take out that thing>< so i can take out the panel

They sell a tool at Napa for removing that C Clamp, if you cant get one of those use a hand towel, wrap it around the window crank (make sure it goes between the crank and panel) and pull down, applying pressure on the clamp with the towel, this should pop it free. .

Below is a picture of the remover:

Yeh, Just get a large flathead screwdriver (a large one will reduce the risk of slipping and scratching the winder), push it into one side of the post in the gap and the little C-clip should just pop off. If not, just move the screwdriver around the outside until you find the edge of it...

its kinda tricky & you can use a screw driver lol but like psycho posted that is the correct tool for the job... try not to loose the clip when it flings off lol
