98 Corolla Starting Issues

I have a 98 Corolla with 110,00 miles. It has been burning oil since about 75,000 miles.

This past week I started having starting problems, usually after the car has been sitting all day or all night.

Sometimes the engine will struggle to turn over, but finally start.

Other times it will make a click sound, but not start over. I wait a couple of minutes, try again, and the engine coughs, but finally turns over and runs.

What could it be? Starter? Ignition Coil? Fuel Pump?

I don't think its the battery, all the electronics seem to turn on fine when it makes the click sound, but won't start.
