Dual Hids on 06 Corolla S

hello all i just finished installing my Dual HID's on my corolla. headlights and foglights and i noticed that the foglights have like a cover on them that limits their light output. does any1 know if taking that off will increase the light? they are 6000K very bright and look nice. i paid 390$ for both sets. also i would like more info on removing the DRL's and making the fog lights independently powered. thanks any help is apreciated

Do a search dude, the DRL removal has been covered on tons of threads before. Usually people refer to Vamp's site for a lot of Corolla DIY's.

As for the light cover, I believe its there so you don't blind oncoming traffic, if you want tickets for your lighting, go for it and remove them.
