AE111 running too rich

Hey guys, this is the first time that I'm posting.(Have been a member for a while now)
My car started smoking and I took it to the local reconditioning centre. The mechanic informed me that the smoke was'nt oil burning but I was running way too rich. Next I went to the local Toyota dealership. They confirmed that I'm running way too rich. The technition said he tested the O2, Map, knock- sensors, but didnt find anything wrong. I then inquired whether they could change the a/f ratio. They said that it is pre-programmed into the ECU and that it can't be adjusted.

Next I went to the local tuning shop where they informed me to fit a unichip. I took the car in and heard back from them (+- 2 days later) that my ECU isnnt suited for a unichip(It resets itself).

What now?

Have you checked the Fuel Pressure Regulator and injectors? They may be putting too much fuel in and the ECU isnt picking it up...

The fuel pressure regulator appears to be dented on top..?

Dont worry about the dents... I think they all have that for some reason

Checking the injectors is a matter of checking the resistance, and the pressure regulator is putting a guage on the other end. Getting the figures for both is a different story. Maybe someone can help me out?
