Wiring diagram for 4AFE ex AE111, NZ version

Hi, does anyone have a wiring diagram for the above config that details how the engine connects to the ECU? Have spent hrs on the net looking and have been through the stickies.

I specifically need to know how the dissy is wired to the ECU and what the ECU pin marked
B/K is. On an AE101 diag this pin is labelled +B1 and goes to batt via ignition switch. Are these one and the same??

Any help much appreciated.
