Cheap AE86 Chassis anyone?

I'm looking for a clean rolling chassis with minimal rust... prefer the car without engine, stripped interior, have transmission, have rear end, and must be a hatch:p

Shhhh!!
hahha...
My original plan was to do chassis stiffening, custom rollcage, and fix all rust with whole chassis repainted... then swap in a JDM spec AE101 4agze engine, full suspension upgrades, and a 2 way LSD... this would be my track car and daily driver... my friend already said he can get me an AE101 4agze engine with all stuff needed for the swap... also found a place to do all my chassis work for pretty good price (i think)... and i have all good body panels (except the rear quaters)... now all i need is a chassis to put it in...
If i don't find a reasonably priced good chassis to work with i'm going to switch to 240sx... too much hassle for AE86 stuff here in Toronto...... and there is soo much 240sx for sale...

Winter and AE86 is a no-no!!
BTW i had a bad experience with my previous SR5... that should scare me enough for me not to drive a GTS in the winter...

You could try some scrap yards.

But if I remember corectly there is a guy on the Dori-Kaze boards that was selling a restored chassis for $3,000. But it would also have to be shipped from Alberta as well I think and that would cost an additional $750. I forget if this even included the axles or not. But you can try and find the guy on the DK board.

Yeah, I would also like to know where you can get this done too, and how much would it cost to do the chassis stiffening

It's actually a privite shop... that my friend has and him and his friend will do this special job for me... i think total cost is 3500 for the whole chassis deal... tell me what u guys think... good or not?
1.Fix body rust (welding a brand new sheet of metal to replace rear quater panel and rocker panel if there is any and other places if needed)
2.Remove of the rusty Sunroof (welding a brand new sheet of metal in to seal the sunroof to stiffen the chassis)
3.Chassis stiffen (includes welding reinforcement bars on the chassis floor, engine compartment, and some other parts)
4.Repaint whole car
For extra money i could also get a custom rollcage designed and installed... but i was told from my friend it's already stiff enough for 200hp+ applications without the rollcage...
It's gonna be striped to the chassis without engines and stuff and put back together when finished...
How does that sound?... good or not?

Sound good to me

Wow, sound fair to me, do they mind building another one?? Because I wanted to the same thing. Do you have any contacts and stuff. Where do they paint it, do they have like a dust free environment for painting???
